We require minimum stays during high season (June-October) and for all holiday periods. However, be sure to ask, as we may have "single night" availability between booked multiple-night stays.

Cancellation:

Please let us know as soon as possible about your need to cancel. We may or may not be able to avoid charging you for confirmed room nights depending on the situation. We reserve the right to do so regardless of the number of days' notice you have given us. We do not refund or credit any nights of short-stay cancellations.  

Check-In/Check-Out:
Our check-in time is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. or by previous arrangement. Our check-out time is 11 a.m.  

Fire Prevention:
We have a no-smoking policy throughout our property and do not allow candles to be burned in any of the rooms.
